REFUND POLICY

RETURNS/REPLACEMENTS & REFUND :-

What is the procedure for Replacement /Refund ?

-Replacement/Refund requested should be made within 4 hours of the receipt of your order via Email at support@theshopperswishlist.com along with reason for replacement/refund, then we will send you an email explaining the complete process. It will be initiated after we receive the original item from you Replacement will be completed in 10 working days from the receipt of Original Product.

-If a replacement has been requested, then we will send you an email explaining the complete process. It will be initiated after we receive the original item from you Replacement will be completed in 10 working days from the receipt of Original Product.

-When are replacement acceptable?

The Shoppers Wishlist will provide a Replacement/Refund only if one is requested within 4 Hours of the receipt of your order and only under the conditions listen below.

*Wrong product received (Unboxing Video Mandatory).

*Damaged product received (Unboxing Video Mandatory).

In such cases, we require that Items should not be installed or used. All the items delivered inside the package should be returned. Anything missing from the package will not be accepted.

 

REFUND DURATION :-

In Case Of Prepaid Orders, Payment will be refunded within 3 working days, However It may take 7-9 working days to reflect in your Bank Acc. depending on payment gateway provider.

 

In Case Of Cash On Delivery (COD) Orders, Payment will be refunded within 15 working days, However It may take additional 7-9 working days to reflect in your Bank Acc. depending on payment gateway provider.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

-How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by simply refusing delivery.

In Case Of Prepaid Orders, Payment will be refunded within 3 working days, However It may take 7-9 working days to reflect in your Bank Acc. depending on payment gateway provider.

Note :- Order Cannot be cancelled if it has been dispatched .

SHIPPING:

-What are the delivery charges?

There are no shipping charges for any orders . Cash On Delivery Chargers are mentioned and needs to be paid in Advance . Cash On Delivery (Token Payment) charges are non refundable.

-Why does the delivery date does not match with the delivery timeline?

We make our best effort to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out within 3 working days of the order date. However, in some cases it may take up to 5 or more working days during festivals, sales or when there are other mitigating circumstances.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday-Sunday will be processed the next working day.

-What is the estimated delivery time ?Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive from the date of dispatch. We make our best effort to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out within 3 working days of the order date. However, in some cases it may take up to 5 or more working days during festivals, sales or when there are other mitigating circumstances.

-Why does the estimated delivery time vary for different items?

Delivery times are influenced by product availability, your shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver to your location.

Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive from the date of dispatch.

-How to track your order?

A shipping confirmation with your tracking ID will be sent to your registered phone number after the product has been dispatched. You can use this ID to track your order by clicking on "Track your order" or using tracking ID on courier company website.

This will tell you the approximate delivery time of your order and the current shipping status.

What if the item is damaged or you want a replacement?

-If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us immediately. You can reach out to us at 8269999925 with your order ID and images of the product Kindly send us details with images at support@theshopperswishlist.com. We will dispatch a replacement.

-If you believe that the packaging of your order has been tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to take delivery of the package and submit a ticket at support@theshopperswishlist.com, mentioning your order ID. We will dispatch a replacement unit.
